You are required to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal details, including name, address, email, or phone number. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Most deposits are credited to your Account within 2 minutes during banking hours (09:00-21:00 WIB).
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where applicable. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The Platform and Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. siap11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, siap11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the six months preceding the claim.
siap11 is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly with those parties.
siap11 shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or network infrastructure problems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:
You may request self-exclusion from siap11 at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked, and you will not receive any promotional materials. Any attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts will result in permanent ban.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Any bonus balances or pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
Upon termination of your Account, you must immediately cease using the Platform. All rights granted to you under these Terms will terminate immediately. Outstanding obligations, including any debts owed to siap11, will survive termination. We reserve the right to retain your personal information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after Account termination.
